How Can I arrange an appointment?
Call me and leave a confidential message, or email me.
when can i have a session?
It can change (so please ask), but currently:
Monday 1pm-3pm
Wednesday 10am-3pm
Thursday 10am-6pm
How many sessions will I need?
You will choose how many sessions you would like, and stop having sessions when you feel you are ready.
How do i pay?
Payment is requested 24 hours before a therapy session if paying via bank transfer or cash on the day is fine.

will my sessions be confidential?
Please be assured all our sessions will be confidential between us, unless there is cause for your safety and wellbeing, but I will discuss this further in our first assessment session.
